After months of emails, our Danish partners finally touched down in Suzhou. Honestly, when someone flies halfway around the globe just to see your factory, you don’t give them a sales pitch—you give them the truth.

First, we did the Suzhou thing. Handed over some local embroidery (the detail on those is insane, they were floored). But the real ice-breaker? The food. No stiff suits, no awkward corporate silence—just a big table, incredible local dishes, and a lot of laughs. They’re already making us promise to be their full-time tour guides next time they’re in China. That’s the kind of vibe you can’t fake.

The best part was the factory floor. They didn't just walk and nod. They were right there, hovering over the machines with our engineers, debating formulas and scrutinizing every single step. For a minute, I thought they were going to stay and join our QC team! Seeing that level of "getting your hands dirty" was refreshing.
